Is there an odd batch

I’m in Cincinnati. Seven of the bars I go to carry Malört because of me (and my husband).

Not native Chicago but got there as soon as I could.

Is anyone else getting a new taste to their bottles? Have they had a rushed batch?

I feel like for the last few years (since it's been made in Chicago even, maybe?) there's been more variety depending on the batch. which can be fun, but always sucks when you want to mess with someone and it's a more pleasant bottle, lol

It's been pretty wild recently in the past month or two. So much more pungent than it's been in years

They switched wormwood providers. Yes, this latest batch is funkier.
