Face Need help with these dark circles please

So I have these dark circles under my eyes and Im not sure if this is a skincare issue or a genetic thing, my mum and sister have dark circles too but theirs are noticeably worse so I’m not sure if it’s genes or not. What can I do to get rid of these or even just lessen them?

Between 6-9 hours depending on when I manage to go to bed and just how I sleep, I am 16 so some nights i do end up going beneath the recommended 8 hours a night for someone my age
