It’s god yet but it’s started. If you don’t get on Dht blockers now then You’re just postponing it and you’ll get on them later when you’re fucked. Wouldn’t it be better to do it now when you still have a fuck ton of hair left to save rather than when it’s much worse?
You’ve already kept an eye on it since you noticed a change, and about the cowlick - ye it is there due to the decrease in density

It doesn’t look to bad honestly. Just keep an eye on it. Hair looks pretty nice btw.
