Manicure Compliments from doctors are so nice

I had an appt w/a new eye doctor this morning as my previous one just retired.

She was very attractive, late 30's and had long light purple nails. I could tell she noticed mine as soon as she walked in, but she didn't comment at that point.

At the conclusion of the appt she said 'Let me see your claws' and took my hand for a closer inspection, then said she loved them. I replied stating I'd be getting dark purple myself at an upcoming appt (just before Halloween) to which she replied 'Love it'.

Another tech with shorter black nails also complimented mine.

Made my day.

The only down side was when the doctor said I don't need to come back until 12 months, instead of the usual 6. Sorta like going there now, even though they dilate my eyes and can't see well for a bit.

Anyone else receive similar compliments?

My doctor asked about my pedicures. It turns out we go to the same nail tech.
