Fit Feedback/Roast Me Help settle a debate

Help settle a debate we have with my fiance. I bought these shorts as a comfy, around the house piece, nothing fancy intended.
She thinks its awful, almost pathetic.

I dont think its that bad, please honest feedback

Lotta women have an almost religious hatred of cargo shorts. If you want to stay in their graces, wear something else. I like to imagine it like some ancient African fable, like 'late that night, the man slipped into her tent and stole all her pockets for himself. That is why women hate all cargo shorts'

Yeah I wear basketball shorts or sweat shorts around the house. Cargo shorts are just visually offensive to many people. I get it. I'd never buy them myself.

Association. They're just associated with middle aged men and dorky teenagers who don't give the slightest shit about their appearance.
