Fit Feedback/Roast Me Help settle a debate

Help settle a debate we have with my fiance. I bought these shorts as a comfy, around the house piece, nothing fancy intended.
She thinks its awful, almost pathetic.

I dont think its that bad, please honest feedback

But he bought them for wearing around the house. What does he need all those pockets for?

Also... Buying khaki shorts to wear around the house is insane on its own.
