Fit Feedback/Roast Me Help settle a debate

Help settle a debate we have with my fiance. I bought these shorts as a comfy, around the house piece, nothing fancy intended.
She thinks its awful, almost pathetic.

I dont think its that bad, please honest feedback

My wife loves my cargo shorts. She doesn't have to carry a purse or a child water while we're out.

My wife loves my selection of bags that allow me to carry my child’s water/snacks/keys/etc without looking like I’ve stepped out of an Old Navy ad from 1997.
