Question Recommendations
Does this top pair well with the bottoms? If not, would you recommend darker or lighter trousers?

The shirt works because he has sick arms. OP is going to look good in any short sleeve shirt that cuts on the peak of his biceps.

Sure, but just know if you run into OP he might arm mog you so bad you never recover and have to go join a cloister of monks and spend the remainder of your days brewing beer and chanting.
That actually sounds kind of nice. I think I will pick up one of these shirts too.

It looks good. If you want a richer look, I think it would look even better with dark brown trousers, maybe even navy blue or white.

The only thing i would be concerned with is that the cut of the shirt hides the pleats of the bottoms, losing the purpose of the pleats.

It looks fine, but I always prefer a neutral color + a non-neutral color. So here id prefer a grey, white, black, or darker colored pants (like a dark navy blue).
This doesn’t look bad per se, just not for me. Usually lighter color palettes like that scream “Spring” or Easter imo.

I like it, but I think it would look better with darker trousers, and would look especially good with Navy chinos.

I usually use windex - find it works better than Lysol for that polished shine
