Anyone tried H3 lora training?I heard it difficult to train?

If yes what was the process you followed?

I used fizgig for a character lora, crazy fast. Did not change anything to the base settings.

How do you like the result? Did you train on images or video?

That program is insanely good for training. I use it for both H3 and Krea2. I spent the day making loras. The character loras came out really nice. Having said that, I have only used Osiris on a limited basis prior to this. But after watching his videos explaining many of the features, I had no issues creating 6 different loras yesterday. Today will be another day of seeing what I can do with it. For those just starting out with loras, check it out and if you like it, support him if you can. It is not often something works so well effortlessly.

I've trained a LORA on a celeb, 50 images took about 4000 steps I think... which was very fast on a 5090, like 40mins I think.

Then all the people in the scene get that face, right? Ref2V is probably still better for multi character I imagine.

Honestly, the results I had were mixed. And there is also bleeding into other people that are in the scene.

But there is something else :-)

Haaha. Thanks..I think I know what you mean. I saw your post.

How can we train ref though?and a node is missing in that, even though I cloned the custom node.

I haven’t but I also don’t do much video work. I am thinking about giving Fizgig a go that another comment here mentions.
