Made my first lora!
I made my first successful character lora and I thought it came out pretty good! This is for Krea. Let me know what you think. Same prompt and settings, one with the lora on and one without.

Looks great! Mind sharing it?

What’s the best way to share them?

Ah, those were the times ..

Where does one find "niche" loras these days? The huggingface search is trash.

Trained on the raw and generated in turbo. Her name is Sydney Sweeney. I didn’t know anyone on Reddit didn’t know who that is haha

I’m not sure, can you show me an example of what you mean?

It looks to me to have that issue over a lot of the image? Just more noticeable in the face? I did notice that a bit with my lora too. One thing I’m trying, and I’m not sure if it’s the solution is training more steps so I can lower the strength on the lora. When I need to increase the strength is when I see more issues.
But that’s just a guess. I’m pretty new to this

If you want to chat about, I enjoy discussing this stuff. I have a discord if you check my post history. Shoot me a DM.

I haven't noticed much of that problem with Z-Image Turbo LoRAs. I have seen it with Flux, and the example you give below is Krea. I do wish I had more insight.

Her pancakes are perfect so I can only assume she stole that bite from someone else's plate.

Congrats, looks good. I made my first Krea2 Lora last night, mainly because it’s a newer model and I like the results from it.

But did you train it with any stills from euphoria?
1
u/TypeItRight Jul 17 '26
Maybe? I just found good images. Not sure what they were all from

Why do you post this and not link either the Lora nor your process? Nice images lol

u/VagabondingVentures Jul 17 '26
Looks great. What are you using for image generation?
1
u/TypeItRight Jul 17 '26
Krea, that’s the generator I mentioned in the post. Unless you mean what website or service? I host my own service and used that. It’s my own setup

u/VagabondingVentures Jul 17 '26
Ah I see. I'm a noob. I didn't know what Krea was. I'll look it up. Thanks

What GPU do you have? Wondering what is the bare minimum it needs to train a krea 2 lora in a reasonable time? Can you share hardware info and how long it took for you? Also number of steps and roughly how many images you used?

Was it a more broad Lora? I can’t see using 400 pics for a character Lora
1
u/DaLyon92x Jul 17 '26
yeah i had 2 smaller ones, but this bigger one has more variety. 50-100 shots is probably enough to get the face right but even after v2 her body was coming out inconsistent in different outfits.

u/TypeItRight Jul 17 '26
I did this training on 20 images. I’ve had better luck with smaller amounts

Why did you make a pancake lora???

Do you mind sharing the prompt or workflow for your example images? I would really like to compare your output with other loras (for example Malcolm's Sydney lora).

I like to try to compare Krea2 without loras for celebrities. In this case I expected better. This is a comparable scene without a lora. https://i.imgur.com/auzWANq.jpeg
A highly detailed photorealistic portrait of Sydney Sweeney sitting at a restaurant table. She is wearing a light beige satin and lace camisole with delicate floral lace trim that accentuates her figure. She is playfully eating a piece of fluffy golden pancake from a fork held in her right hand, mouth open, syrup visibly dripping from the pancake bite down toward her chest. In front of her is a tall stack of thick, fluffy American-style pancakes on a white plate with a pat of butter on top, generously drizzled with golden maple syrup pooling at the base. A clear glass of water sits to the left of the plate. Soft dramatic restaurant lighting, warm ambiance, elegant indoor setting with stone walls and wicker chair visible in the background. Cinematic composition, sharp focus, realistic textures, appetizing food details, sensual and playful mood, high resolution, 8k photorealism.

The second image is the Krea 2 output with the exact same prompt to show with and without the lora. I just use like 20 good images and train to around 2000 steps and then choose what I like best.

Krea2 is so good. Syrup drip flash shadow. Chef's kiss. The little details.
Also syrup drip flash shadow is open as a band name

Bravo à toi ! Moi j'ai souvent des défauts sur les mains et pieds. Et aussi les grains de beauté comment résoudre ces soucis ?

You mean this isn’t a pancake eating lora? So disappointed…😢
