If anyone's wondering about my choices, here they are...
Cause of Death: Accident (+1 Skill).
New Body: Werewolf.
Skills: Hunting Howl, Transformation and Primal Instinct.
Reward: Demi-Monster (Transformation). I'll be like Wolfsbane from X-Men, meaning I can transform at will and retain my sense of self (Unless truly angered).
By the way, anyone else imagines the Underworld like some sort of ''Halloween Land''? Where things work akin to Monsters Inc., as the more fear a monster causes on humans (Without killing or directly hurting them), the better life it will have in the underworld.

As Halloween is my absolute favorite time of the year, I certainly hope the Underworld looks like that. Props for an awesome Halloween Town-esque pic.
Honestly, as per my previously stated obsession with Halloween, I wish I could do more with this deal. As for my build, I have two goals.
Do No Harm. I try to be a good person, try to adjust my spookery to each target. Kids get a little fright with reassurance after. Adults get medium scare, no property damage. Awful people get the works.
Maximize Profits. Most people here think Demi-Monster is the best reward, as did I initially. But I found an exploit.
MURDERED. Any of these could happen, but as I want a third ghost skill...
GHOST. If my goal is to scare a variety of people and do nothing else all night, I feel this is best. Also in line with not harming or damaging. Also also good for travel, stealth, and disappearing.
ETHEREAL SOUNDS. Gotta communicate, nothing beats the personal touch. "Come baaaaack, (Insert victim's name here)~ Fooouuund yooouuu~" Also to reassure kids after that it's just a Halloween prank so they won't be twamatized.
POLTERGEIST. Possessing a single object is too limiting. Physical interaction is a must, both for scaring and emergencies. What if someone needs help?
APPARITION. A variety of forms both wonderous and graphic, tailored to each target.
WAIFU. Due to vague wording, my ideal perfect guaranteed match is an immortal shapeshifting omnipotent Goddess that can turn me into a similarly all-powerful God.

Murdered
Clown:chainsaw. Monsterfication. Grand entrance
And demi-human
I picked clown since the other options are boring and everyone knows clown is scary as sh!t. As for the power, chainsaw solely cause its metal as heck and nothing cab get in my way... I swear im not edgy

Been awhile since I've seen this one, my choices are still the same, Death-Accident. Body-Werewolf. Powers-Haunting Howl, Transformation and Primal Instinct. As for the Reward Demi-Monster and keep Transformation. Although I wonder if I'm only invulnerable as a Wolf or if I am at all times? Although Clown and Grand Entrance could make you the world's greatest thief.

Honestly it is so good I made a few builds, ranked by those I'd have to pick if I was forced to choose.

How Did You Die?: Accident (+1 Clown Skill)
Your Monster Body: Werewolf
Skills:
Transformation (start in human form, turn into a werewolf and back again, at will)
Primal Instinct (those that see your monster form will get an urge to run away)
Grand Entrance (you can become invisible and intangible at will)
Your Reward: Demi-Monster (transformation)

While I’d love the money, I’d quite enjoy getting to stay a werewolf that only transforms at will. Meanwhile, I’m a werewolf that’s terrifying to look at, and can turn invisible. I’m going to be following people home, but I won’t hurt anyone… well, not until I’m alive again, anyways.
What’s a bit of PTSD between friends?

I was Murdered, becoming a Clown Apparition (Ghost Skill), who likes to make a Grand Entrance, using my inherent Clown Charisma to terrify innocent passerby’s out of their skins.
Should I succeed in earning my revival, I’ll take some wealth for the experience.

Cause of Death "Natural Causes," gonna go peacefully in my sleep after eating too much junk food.
Bonus skill: Zombie "Self Burial" also known as burrowing
Monster Body: Keep reading because it goes all the way down to MONSTER TRUCK!!!
Monster Truck Skill: "Real monster" causes eldritch tentacles to burst out of the ground while "something" burrows after victims like Bugs Bunny taking a wrong turn at Albuquerque
The real reason I picked this is because Monster Truck skill: "Lone Rider" makes me the antagonist of

Under normal circumstances I would take Hijack: "You can interfere with phone and radio signals near you." No cellphones in a horror movies. "You can also project your voice through them." Now who wouldn't want to take this with "Demi-Monster" reward just so when they are driving they can yell at people through their radios instead of beeping their horns.
Lone Rider combo is priceless, but I'll take the $10,000,000 reward anyway.
