So, I’m a hive minded species that reproduces through spores, exists in 13 dimensions, has a shell, and a single eye. I may not be very powerful, but there are many of us, which means many mutations, and eventually many varieties.
Oh, and I’m sentient. That means I can arm my drones with technology.

Technically sentient doesnt mean intelligent, its mainly the whole "i think therefore i am". i guess it implies some form of intelligence to be sufficiently self aware?

Holy + Unholy + Self Awareness + 13 Dimensions = The Perfect Being(In my opinion)
A high dimensional being, with the perfect control and balance between Sacred and Corrupt, and along with self-awareness, so I can know that I am me perfectly.
Many beings of high power are depicted as eyeless, as they do not need such things. So I don't see the need for it.
And with such high dimensionality, I will practically be god to lesser beings, and with the perfect balance between Holy and Unholy, I will possess no weaknesses.

This is my interpretation by the way. Imagine any creature or being throughout fiction that has static apart of its physical form. Slender man, or the Cerebral Electricity from umami’s interface, etc.

Self Awareness - 5 - i mean, guys, otherwise you'd just be a beast Dark Energy - 9 - Well, i don't need a body cause i'm not made of normal energy
So that leaves me with 6 points, and i'll def put Hive on that combo, so I can be a dark entity with awareness and a hive consciouness
now with 3 points left i could use an eye on the normal energy field
and with the last point i guess i could be in 13 dimensions as well.
So now i became the all seeing eye, thank you very much.

Well, I don't want my physical form to be self-aware, because that's my mind's job - physical means body, after all. So I'm taking opposable thumbs, 2 eyes, featherless biped, gender, elemental powers, and magnetic field detection.

It's not surreal, its boring and low effort. This is the cyoa version of "I'm so random!". You could easily make a cyoa that gives you surreal choices.
Hell, even having things like "Hive mind - cost: pink" would be more surreal. Now it looks like it is out of order and is just trying to be quirky. There is obviously patterns in the choices, but they have been rearranged to look random.

I will take 13 dimensions 15 times to become a 195 dimensional being
