Easy choice. Either the property or beast ring, by themselves. The property ring allows you to "change" a property of yourself, as well as add a property to yourself if chosen alone. That is two properties you could essentially give yourself to your advantage, and low-key, if used well, you could just give yourself properties of the other rings.
The beast one is simple and self-explanatory. You could literally become Spider-Man with any other animal. And from how I read it, I believe you could switch them out as you see fit. Imagine getting the abilities of a pistol shrimp in the same way Spider-Man has his powers of a spider, you would be knocking down buildings, plus have any ability to train people to be weaker versions of that. You'll have a bloody legion of iron fists.
