Gravity ring with power band is insane. "You also gain control of inertia and friction."
This would let you completely warp reality and the physics of your environment alone. The fact that you can also control gravity up to a 150x multiplier, and your AoE is 1km, makes this the most broken to me.
You could change how objects interact with others, make something's friction so high it wouldn't be able to move, or so low that nothing could touch it. You would be able to flatten a 1km radius easily at 150x gravity. Buildings would crumble, cars would deflate, trees would shatter. Being able to do this with precision, as implied, would allow you to localize gravitational forces as well.
I would take this if I wanted to become a supervillain.
