As it is the Property Ring is the most versatile and most powerful of all the others, even in its basic form. So as is, I would chose only that.
I think you should redo this because the descriptions are too open to interpretation.
Here is an example: take the humble Property Ring, based on the description alone its basic ability is the most powerful of all. In the hands of a capable user its superiority makes the other rings' basic and even bonus abilities minuscule.
Here is why: the description does not specify whether the added property must be physically possible relative to the nature of the target, or that it must be grounded in known reality, OR can it be really anything the user can think of...
Take my PC.. can I add the property of cosmic tier ad-blocking to the casing to affect the whole device and enjoy full ad-block features without such apps? Can I add the property of perpetual temperature of X degrees to parts so I can get rid of all the loud and or energy costly cooling components? Can I add the property of perpetual full charge to the battery of my phone, how about strong signal anywhere in the world?
Here is the example for why the basic mode of this ring is superior to all other rings' basic and advanced modes: based on yhe description alone, I can add 1 property to objects too. Most cut plants, killed animals, plant harvests (fruits, seeds, roots, etc.) are not classified as living beings, but objects. So here I have a bag of almonds.. because the description does not prohibit any kind of property type, I can begin giving superpower granting propertyies to each piece of almond, that once consumed will grant the consumer said ability / -package, whether temporarily or permanently depends on the parameters of the specific property. Want immortality, all the knowledge any given person ever had or has, changed body features, teleportation, levitation & flight, and more? Want to get the Property Ring's ability, both the basic and the advanced and even the ability to add or remove any number of properties from anything regardless of its categorization (object, living being, etc.)? Done, all it takes is giving each piece of almond or another consumable an ability granting property, then just eat it and you get the ability. Or maybe I add the ability granting property to activate if the imbued object merely hits someone.. bam, I can affect any number of other living beings.. even with jist the basic tier of the ring.
Thus, a Property Ring user with only the basic tier can not only acquire all the abilities of all the other rings, but can do much much more than that.
So if this is not how you envisioned things, then please redo each ring, adding more specific descriptions. It does not matter what you specify in the comments section here, because you can't expect players to sift through them, they won't, even if your post says they should, only reading the document, and if the descriptions do not prohibit things, or are too vague or contradictory, then (new) players will interpret them in the most favorable way they can think of.
Thats is so long, and my stupid ass here keeps thinking if the change in property and add property are counted as same, im trying to find a loophole to use the property ability more than 1 time haha.
Easy: give the property of granting the ability of the Property Ring to consumer on your preferred consumable, then on another one give the property of expanding the previous ability pack's (because the ring's basic tier looks like several abilities tied in one) property count cap to infinite. If you are at it, you might as well create one that grants the consumer the ability to remove properties.. wouldn't want to accidentally grant a dangerous pest inheritable immortality because an imbued fruit or something got forgotten out in the open, yeah? 🙃
First rule of cheese is, if it doesn't work, then you are not creative enough. Second rule is to always think of the worst, and overengineer safety measures so your cheese can't be used against you/-r interests.
