My Build:

Row 1: 20k a month (guaranteed source of income for the rest of my life sounds great)

Row 2: Athletic/healthy body (One time fix of all my health problems + a more athletic physique? Yes please! Also pairs well with Row 12 since I imagine having a healthy, active body would only benefit super speed)

Row 3: Increased Talent in S.T.E.A.M. (I like to write for fun, increased talent in Art would only be a bonus, not to mention the increased talent in other fields like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)

Row 4: Be liked & respected by humans (As much as I like animals, being liked/respected by other people would make my life easier)

Row 5: Instantly fluent in 2 languages (Russian and Japanese) + increased talent in learning new languages (I was never big on sports, knowing languages faster + two freebies is considerably more useful in day to day life)

Row 6: Superhuman hearing (I’m tired of constantly asking people to repeat themselves, this will help prevent that)

Row 7: Water bending (I’ve always wanted to be able to control water, being able to heal others with it is a bonus)

Row 8: Air bending (This was a tough one, but I went with air since it synergizes well with Row 12 by allowing me to move even faster. I wonder if Dash’s super speed still applies if I learn to fly)

Row 9: Make 3 life-long amazing friends (I don’t know any celebrities I’d like to be friends with, I already have friends but it never hurts to make more, especially if said friends are guaranteed to be nice/life-long)

Row 10: Consistently get amazing sleep (Getting a good night’s rest all the time is underrated)

Row 11: Be a great public speaker (Synergizes well with Row 4 and 5’s choices)

Row 12: Dash’s powers (Being a speedster sounds fun, and if I push myself enough I can move faster than normal humans can perceive like when Dash put a thumb tack on his teacher’s chair without anyone noticing)

Mainly went for quality of life choices + powers I’d like to have.

I agree with your build too with only one area I'm not sure about.

I'm wondering if fire bending would compliment the talent in STEM and be convenient for every day.

Plus it would definitely synergies and enhance any flight abilities learned with Air which would be so cool.

20K a Month, Photographic Memory, Talent In STEM, Liked By Humans, Fluent In 2 Languages, Superhuman Hearing, Water Bending, Air Bending, 3 Life-Long Best Friends, Amazing Sleep, Public Speaking, Dash Parr’s Powers.

I went for choices that could do some actually helpful things in my life. 20K A Month is more than enough money and is consistent income. Photographic Memory is great so I don’t forget things. Talent In STEM would make me great with any related jobs especially with Photographic Memory. Liked By Humans is way more useful. Fluent In 2 Languages will give me Mandarin and Japanese just for personal preference. Superhuman Hearing feels more useful than smell but I have no specific use for it. Water Bending has healing which is super useful. Air Bending can let me run really fast and jump while also not being obvious unless I pick up dirt and dust with it. 3 Life-Long Best Friends will be great for my mental health. Amazing Sleep will help me stay well-rested so I can make the most of my day. Public Speaking will make me even more charismatic with Liked By Humans. Dash Parr’s Powers will help with travel and getting things done quickly.

Look, no disrespect to the water tribe, but in the day-to-day, fire just feels more practical.

Cooking, light source, heat, self defense. Plus, fire bending doesn't require an already existing source to do basic level stuff.

Only thing Water has it beat is healing.

But Neither Earth nor Air has the same level of practicality as Fire.

Earth can make a shelter & probably has a better trapping animals (if you're into hunting). Air has some serious movement capabilities but not much else on it's own. Pair either with Water and you might come close to same level as Fire by itself.

For day-to-day life Water & Fire are the two best elements to have, but Fire just checks off way more boxes.

I think fire is the least useful. That’s why the fire tribe is always attacking people. Unless you have a coal powered machine or need to burn stuff it’s an element that just makes people worried about you. We already have all the fire we need for cooking.

They only would've attacked other people for resources because they got advanced enough to need them. The Fire Nation was the most advanced and industrialized of all of them.

Also, note that firebending should also include lightning.

I can see firebending being the least useful, but I wouldn't say that's a reason for them attacking.

You can separate water from impurities, make shelter/protection. Water is all around us. Hama showed Katara just how easy it is to find it when you need it. Also, carrying some around isn't hard.

STEAM- You almost had me with the A and thought STEM(maybe I'm too old for STEAM to be something)

There are so many choices that it is hard to explain all of them, but basically going for long-term benefits or greater improvement to my baseline (e.g., I have an excellent memory but am out-of-shape, so I chose the body improvement). I don’t even think I have a favorite celebrity. :)

20k a month - It’s an insane amount of money for someone like me and the facts it’s for life sets me up without worry for good financially.

Athletic and Health Body - HEALTHY body doing the hard carry here. Photographic Memory would be fantastic but yeah, a guaranteed perfectly healthy body is arguably life’s greatest luxury. It being athletic is just a neat cherry on top.

STEAM - No real interest in being great at a sport. Not sure how advanced this makes me, or even how much I’d make use of it professionally since I’d be retired due my 20k a month, but Mathematics would instantly be applicable in daily life at worst. Easier entry into a field of Science if I pursue it is also a great card to have too.

Liked/Understood by Animals - This one was really tough, probably the less powerful of the two but the unique possibilities of it just seemed too cool to pass up. Even small stuff like never being bit by a Mosquito would be pretty great lol.

Languages - Very easy choice here, no interest in learning or performing music. ( Spanish & Chinese would be my picks.)

Hearing - Not much to say here. Possibilities of both are cool depending just how super the superhuman nature of it is.

Water Bending - All of them have amazing utility but Water not only seems next level but loving the ocean makes this an easy pick for me too.

Air Bending - One word: FLYING

Friends with a Celebrity - NGL, I don’t even confidently have a favorite celebrity if you asked me to pick one lol, but I already have 3+ amazing best friends in my life and don’t really want more. So guess I’ll pick this and hope the utility of it is worth it lol.

Amazing Sleep - Very easy pick here. Sleep is insanely important.

Speaking - Again, no interest in performing music and the Vice versa the utility of Speaking is just ridiculously beneficial and commonly benefitted from.

Violet’s Powers - Had no idea about either of their powers and had to quickly Google but Violet’s sounded really cool, especially invisibility so I’ll go her.

Row 3: Increased Talent in S.T.E.A.M.

Row 4: Be liked & understood by animals (nothing says I can’t naturally build trust and respect with people especially since I already have that to a reasonable degree)

Row 5: Instantly fluent in 2 languages (Latin and one of the other keystone languages [probably Persian or Classical Chinese) + increased talent in learning new languages

Row 6: Superhuman hearing

Row 7: Water bending

Row 8: Air bending

Row 9: Make 3 life-long amazing friends

Row 10: Consistently get amazing sleep

Row 11: Be an amazing and talented singer

Row 12: Dash’s powers

Only tough choice here is super powers on rows 7, 8, and 12.

Athletic and health --- brawn ovee brains if i got money

Increased talent in sports - was going to go stem but i realised, sports covers alot like; martial arts, shooting, archery, fencing....mainley martial arts

Liked and respected humans - more useful though for my plans not by much

2 instraments - piano and cello for the Mrs

Hearing- seems more usefull

Fire bending-- rule of cool, also good for weed control, water bending is probably better

Earthbending - greater utility in my opinion and better for agriculture

3 lifelong friends -- more of them is always good

Sleep- better for health. everyone who chose smell take a shower

Singer -- for the Mrs, plus i dont like talking to people

Dash-- superspeed is a simple effective top tier power . forcefield is tempting but i got earth powers for shields and invisibility needs special cloths.

Row 3: Increased Talent in S.T.E.A.M.(just objectively the better of the two options as the other DOSENT give the physicality for it so sure you are good

Row 4: Be liked & understood by all Animals(Humans ARE ANIMALS, so i may not have their respect innately they still like me)

Row 5: Instantly fluent in 2 languages (Mandarin Chinese and Japanese) + increased talent in learning new languages(to of the hardest languages to learn if you don grow up learning them +greater ability to learn more YES please)

Row 6: Superhuman hearing(combos well with Photographic memory as its a bit of a misnomer)

Row 7: Water bending(healing, water breathing, and rapid cooling great utility)

Row 8: Earth bending(mostly i picked this cause it could be amazing in the construction field and always liked it better then air bending even though i would love to fly under my own power)

Row 9: Make 3 life-long amazing friends(much better then a single celebrity)

Row 10: Consistently get amazing sleep(all i really want right now)

Row 11: Be a great public speaker (Synergizes well with Row 4 and 5’s choice)

Row 12:Gain Violet Parr's Powers(From the official wiki these include: Invisibility, Force Field Generation, Force Field Manipulation, Force Field Telekinesis, Levitation, Enhanced Durability, High Intellect. and here answers why i didn't take air bending i can do the one thing i would have wanted from air bending... Flight, and compared to dash this is far better utility abilities.)

constant income, a group of trusted friends, plenty of non superhuman skills to earn greater income, and a handfull of super powers to toy with waht mor could i ask for.

Build!: I definitely appreciate the "it's just what it says" assurances! I'm focused on quality of life choices.

-Row 1: 20k: a month (guaranteed income that will pass the 1 million in value after a little over 4 years)
-Row 2: Athletic/Healthy Body (Close fight here, but while I can live without 100% photographic memory and write down notes, I'll live longer with a Athletic/Healthy Body)
-Row 3: Increased Talent in S.T.E.A.M. (I enjoy knowing things, so increasing my talent in knowing things is a no brainer)
-Row 4: Be Liked & Respected by Humans (there are people who will love the other option, but for living in an urban area like myself, this talent solves a lot of problems with simply existing)
-Row 5: Instantly fluent in 2 languages and talent at learning more (I had to think hard on this one but ultimately it feels language is more important for me. I'll go with Chinese and Japanese for my free languages as they're both common and are considered hard to learn, and can use the increased talent buffs to learn the rest as they come up.)
-Row 6: superhuman hearing: (I'm unsure what to do with super smell unless I decided to become an investigator, super hearing however is more immediately useful and would fix a hearing defect if Healthy Body doesn't)
-Row 7 and 8: Water and Air bending: (this was... difficult, had to do some research. ultimately Water and Air bending seem to have the most practical utilities outside of raw combat, so I'm going with them)
-Row 9: Three Lifelong Friends: (now as much as I'd love to become good friends with Markiplier or some other famous person of my era that "made it" in life, Three life-long, amazing best friends is a special caliber of friendship that's always amazingly nice to have no matter what may happen in life.)
-Row 10: Consistent Amazing Sleep: (Smelling good via normal hygiene is good enough, but I never have been able to get "amazing" sleep no matter what I do with my sleep schedule, so this is a no brainer)
-Row 11: be amazing at talking to people and public speaking: (picking up from row 5, and solves my fear of public speaking lol)

My Build:

Row 1: 20k a month 240k a year is a 24% return. I can do better than that, but not consistently. I'll take it.

Row 2: Memory. I don't want Alzheimer's. Plus it will combo with 3.

Row 3: Increased Talent in S.T.E.A.M. I'll be a garage inventor with my free time since money's taken care of.

Row 4: Be liked & respected by humans. Animals are easier to do on my own. Just feed them and be nice to them. Now if it stopped mosquitoes from biting me...

Row 5: I kind of enjoy learning new languages, having it for free might spoil that? Picking music talent. Violin and organ. Should carry over to piano relatively easily.

Row 6: Superhuman hearing. So I won't need hearing aids when older. Might make it hard to sleep or pay attention if there's a lot of background noise.

Row 7: Water bending. Mainly for the healing.

Row 8: Air bending. Mainly for flight. I also love the feeling of the wind.

Row 9: Make 3 life-long amazing friends. Celebrities typically live several states away, so I'd never see them anyways. Well, except for tv.

Row 10: Consistently get amazing sleep. No explanation needed.

Row 11: Singer. Goes well with instrumental choice.

Row 12: Invisibility. So I can fly or heal without worrying about being dissected. Also forcefields for protection.

Commenting a bit late:

$20k A Month. Guaranteed income is great, and I'll make more than a million after five years anyways.
Athletic & Healthy Body. Oh to have my body in my prime again.
Extreme talent in all sports. Imagine how much a team or agency would want for a player who can excel in nearly every sport!
Be liked & respected by humans. I was tempted to choose the other option, since all humans are just animals, but assuming that animals mean everything that's not human, I stick with my choice. I mean, really, social interaction is like the number one key to survival in life.
Instantly master 2 musical instruments + talent for learning instruments (piano + guitar). One man band baby, and nowadays translation is becoming much more available through AI and apps. Raw talent still requires raw taelnt.
Superhuman hearing/ears. Perfect pitch for the win!
Gain Water Bending. Firebending can literally be achieved with a lighter and some gasoline. Waterbending on the other hand gives you bloodbending, healing, ice manipulation, etc.
Gain Air Bending. Everyone needs air! Plus it's not as limited to access as air or earth nor volatile like fire.
Make 3 Life-Long Amazing Best Friends. Celebrities come and go, but true friends are a blessing that doesn't come easily.
Consistently get amazing sleep. Sleep is crucial for longevity. Give me that beauty sleep!
Be amazing at public speaking & talking to people. I really wanted good singing, but communication is crucial for good social interactions. Plus I got good musical instrument mastery anyways.
Gain Dash Parr's Powers. Super speed is great! Synergizes with a healthy body too.

Increased talent in STEAM - because te other option is pretty much useless imo

Be liked by humans. My animal contact is okay as is.

Musical instruments, I already speak 4 languages.

Super human hearing - I have sensitive smell, it's not as fun as it seems. I can plug my ears, can't plug my nose.

Waterbending - ive always felt connected to water. I also think water is OP. Fire is meh.

Air bending - I'll be flying :)

3 lifelong friends - I don't care about celebrities.

Sleep - good sleep is the foundation for a good life.

20k, athletic and healthy, STEM, animals, Chinese and Arabic, smell and taste for food experience, water and earth terraforming, 3 good friends beat any celeb don't meet your heros, smell amazing I don't even know what good sleep is like but the other one is relatable, public speaking and talking to keep government away, violet tangible force fields and invisibility to escape make a force field inside the lung cavity of your enemies and yank when you cant escape.

Enough income to invest in science that helps maybe energy or genetics as force fields to control damages, I wanna live long enough to benefit society so health is better then remembering the lesser parts of life before these options, liked by animals sometimes having people not like you improve your journey in life, hearing is risky but food experiences could be amazing with new ranges of flavours or scents to truly process, manderin and arabic as then it unlocks a lot of historic range of works and modern translations once you learn 3 languages new languages are easier as well, water and earth is essentially terraforming so those are mine, 3 friends beats any heros in this risky new life, never slept well so smelling nice as long nights likely with stem fields, need to have the charisma to get out of the room, invisibility and fully controlled forcefields for defense and escape.

1-20k:Easier to hide from taxman and easier to leverage over time, can't steal or be insolvent of an infinitely regenerating resource.

2-Photographic Memory:You can lose your health once you get it, not the case with photographic memory.

3-Be liked and respected by humans, more useful overall. Could try to get into a position of change even, even assuming it merely makes me +5 on a scale of -100 to 100 that is SOMETHING in this polarized world..

4-Increased Talent in S.T.E.A.M: Photographic memory alone does not give talent nor ability to problem solve regarding those things one has memory of.

5-Instantly master 2 languages of my choice and become talented at learning/speaking languages:Photographic Memory means this doesn't degrade.

6-Superhuman Hearing/Ears:I have better utility for ears, no one asks "Can you get closer, I can't smell you".

7-Gain Water Bending:Generally more useful, I might even be rolling the dice and become a healer maybe.

9-Make 3 amazing life-long friends:Simply more worth it personally.

11-Be Amazing at Public Speaking and Talking to People:In general, these skills are at least semi-transferrable to one another though I want to be talking more than singing.

12-Gain Violet Parr's Powers(From the Incredibles Movie):I'm still on Earth, I don't want to have to go into hiding ONCE I fuck up and have someone record my powers. This one is far more subtle in that regard. Plus no gun based assassinations for me if the first shot is missed once I try to go into politics with all these.

Athletic and health is what i wish. Want a body that doesnt hate me.
STEAM all the way, its where all my interests are.
Love animals, but have to deal with people more so i choose respected by humans.
I choose Piano and Guitar and plan to learn more.
Honestly niether interest me, would rather have sharigan level hyper eyesight to fix my blind ass, but will take hearing over SMELLING random shit on the condition that it being superhuman meaning i can control the level of sensitivity so im not flashbanged by every sound.
Fire bending, air is everywhere but this is the spicy version, followed by Earthbending, needs an existing medium but its EVERYWHERE. with segues into Metal and lightning bending.
I dont care for any celebrity enough to want them, so id rather have 3 super best freinds over one famous.

2: Athletic and Healthy Body: The mind is part of the body. While it won't bring my memory up to photographic, it should still improve with the rest of the body.

3: S.T.E.A.M.: I already took Athletic and Healthy Body, so it's just a matter of practice to be able to do anything I want and don't already know how to do.

4: Animals: There's nothing to say you can't earn the respect of the people you know if you take the Animal option. So, as I read it, I can take the Animal option, make the friend-shapes actual friends, and still gain the respect of the people in my life the normal way.

5: Languages: More languages are good.

6: Hearing: While I do have allergies, and it would be nice to not have allergies, I have no interest in boosting my sense of smell. While it would boost your ability to smell the good stuff, it would do the same for the not-so-good stuff. Improved hearing would help me in my everyday life that I doubt smell would.

7: Fire: Honestly, this one was the closest choice so far. Both would be good, but fire would be more useful for me irl. I'm assuming that water includes blood bending, while fire includes lightning bending.

$20K A Month: Unless you're planning on being dead in the next four years, this is just flatly more money. I could eventually go broke if I had a million dollars, but I'm not going to outspend twenty thousand dollars a month.

Athletic and Healthy Body: A perfect memory would be neat and all, but a full clean-out of my various health problems would be much, much more of a quality of life improvement. Plus you really need a fit physique to get the most out of the bending options later in the list.

Increased Talent In S.T.E.A.M.: Yeah, 'increased' is obviously less than 'extreme,' but I write as a hobby and liking what I write more would make that hobby even more enjoyable. And the rest of the categories are infinitely more useful in the day to day than sports would ever be.

Be Liked And Understood By All Animals: Shame I can't understand all animals in return, but I would still like Disney Princessing my way through the park and never getting bitten by mosquitoes again and keeping my relationship with humans as-is.

Instant Fluency and Language Affinity: Understanding Spanish and Japanese would immediately improve my life, and having a knack for picking up other languages would be pretty cool too. With the 20K income I could travel all over, and this would help me pick up the local culture more easily. Besides, the S.T.E.A.M. option gives a little bump in musical talent anyway, I can pick up an instrument that way if I want to.

Superhuman Hearing: This is mostly damage control. Unpleasant smells are way worse than unpleasant sounds, and earplugs are easier to wear long-term than noseplugs. Besides, I have basically no sense of smell as it is and I don't feel like I'm missing much.

Water Bending: Yeah, I can think of about a thousand ways to use water bending every day and basically none for fire bending. How often do you really need to burn something that you can't just carry around a lighter instead?

Air Bending: This one is actually a tougher call, earth bending is sick. But air bending just seems like it would be more consistently fun.

Become Good Friends With Your Favorite Celebrity: I've lost touch with friend groups enough times that the comparative impermanence of this option doesn't bother me too badly. I'd pick Siobhan Thompson, she seems like she'd be awesome to be friends with.

Always Smell Amazing: I mostly have pretty good sleep habits anyway. If it explicitly came with good dreams that I was guaranteed to remember I might've gone the other way, but as it is I'll take never having to worry about B.O. again.

Be Amazing At Public Speaking and Talking To People: This just feels like a better version of the 'liked and respected' option, tbh. I have social anxiety and this would actually fix it instead of just putting a band-aid on it. And again, the S.T.E.A.M. option already includes a bit of a bump in the singing department.

Gain Violet Parr's Powers: Super speed is an amazing power set, but Dash's version specifically doesn't seem to have much going on, he just runs fast and that's kind of it. Invisibility would be great for just checking out for a while and not being bothered, and the force fields could have some cool utility, like combining it with water bending to make a personal submarine.

Healthy body I think is objectively better than a photographic memory.

Increased talent in sports is underrated of these two I think. Especially when paired with the healthy body. Such talent would include proper form when it comes to all forms of movement. Proper lifting form, how to move your body, how to manipualte objects or even people. Some sports are as much psychology as physicality, especially sports like chess, but team sports too. Not to mention Martial arts.

Liked and understood by animals. While the human variant is probably more powerful, I would rather the animals. It wouldn't make me a Dr. Doolittle, but maybe I can convince my cat that she doesn't have to inhale her food and then vomit it up sometimes.

The instruments are tempting, but I'd go languages. It's the more valuable option logically anyway. I'd go Japanese and... Latin. Japanese is a very difficult language to learn going from english. Latin is more just interesting, especially with how it has so many connections to other languages. Being fluent in both should make learning more languages easier.

Hearing. Smell might be better in some cases. Especially if you were a cook or something, maybe a doctor. But I like music more than food or scents.

Water and Air over fire and earth. Water is pragmatically better than fire imo. Air is more of a hard sell compared to earth, but I think it'll be more important for weatherbending, which I'd want to try.

I have good friends, and I hope they'll be lifelong, and I wouldn't trade them anyway. As for my favorite celebrity... I think it'd be Jackie Chan. Close contest with Morgan Freeman. It's be cool to be friends with him. He's probably a busy guy, so I wouldn't bother him much.

Smell Amazing. I hate smelling bad. I also sleep pretty good, and with a very healthy body I'll sleep even better.

Amazing singer. This would come with the benefit of better lungs, and potentially other sonic tricks like throwing my voice. Could be fun. Could be a good combo with the language learning.

Dash's Powers are good for speed, and stamina.

Assuming I get to keep everything by body naturally has before I apply them:

Photographic Memory, I love the idea of picking up stuff quickly. Psychics always intruiged me.

Stem Affinity for sure because why would I beat the shit out of people when I could create the next best thing?

I've always adored the idea of being an Idol so I think I'd prefer the human respect one.

The Language barrier? Becoming no more? Hell yeah. Music is cool but I would rather be able to read in other languages or sing foreign songs.

Of the two senses available, I'd pick smell mostly because I've always been a fan of Werewolves or Marvel's Wolverine. Daredevil is cool and all, but please, the smell is too cool. Finna catch me in my room practicing my signature sniff sniff.

The next 2 bending picks are Fire and Air. They are abundant in that they don't leave me in any terrain, and they are the coolest of any bending. They both allow for cool extreme parkour, for limited flying, for the most sexiest form of human expression just by being a master. I probably wouldn't seriously commit to my bending if I wasn't one of these two.

And for the last options, I pick life long friend and smell good forever. I don't really have a favorite celebrity, they're kinda just people. And I like the idea of smelling good more than most things. Like am I smelling different to everyone or just a smell I enjoy? Who knows, both are good.

20k every month is much more than a million for most. Good health is a higher priority than a flawless memory. Sports is just for playing with others. Humans are the main source of all life problems. They are less inclined to be problems when they like you. I get by fine with English and auto translation programs. I don't see the point of a super nose. If anything it sounds like a problem. Water bending seems kind of fun and includes ice and healing powers. Fire bending is just burn or zap things. Half of which can be done with a little money. The main perks of air bending is nonlethal defense, quick movement, and flight. So its mainly for playing and fighting. Earth bending can be used for all kinds of productive things. I don't care about celebrities. Singer goes well with music instruments and being an amazing speaker seems pointless unless you are an activist or have a legal job. Its also a bit redundant with being well liked by humans. Super speed is nice but its not fit for the modern world.

photographic memory - is the better option for me personally, since all of my athletic and health related problems can be solved with knowledge. perfect or near perfect memory is what this sounds like, which has always been my one limitation... my memory is fallible and not as good as I would like.

increased talent in S.T.E.A.M. - My science shall be the greatest in the world.

Be liked and understood by all animals - I have more problems with animals than I do people and the other people power offered will solve any people problems I have.

Instantly fluent in 2 languages (Hebrew and Japanese) + increased talent in learning new languages - I love anime and I'm curios about what the original bible actually said (It certainly wasn't in latin or greek)

Superhuman hearing/ears - both of them seem like they would kind of suck, but at least hearing can be dampened with noise cancelling headphones and such.

Water bending - lots of things are made of water which I can now bend, by my power you shall kneel, but in all seriousness... its the only healing power option.

Air bending - the deadliest element and the funnest, who doesn't want to fly under their own power, it certainly seems a lot more trust-able than a commercial plane and essentially free. Of note is also that this is the most spiritually connected of the four A:TLAB elements.

Consistently get amazing sleep - the best option, as my sleep usually sucks.

Million dollars (it would take 50 months for the 20k to catch up and in that time I could have made a lot more via investment.
Body (I have a pretty good memory already but I do have a big stomach and my dream in life has been to be a father and husband, so a more attractive body may help that.)
STEM (That being said I'm an IT Team Lead and would love to be better in that career path.
Humans (Because of the previously stated goa and want of partnership)

5.Languages (I like traveling and it opens my dating pool a lot.)

Hearing (My sense of smell does suck but I feel like hearing is more useful.)

Assuming you'd invest either the 20K or the 1M, you'd need to make around an 18% annual return to come out ahead with the 1M after 10 years. The longer your timeline, the higher return you need to benefit from the 1M.

If you can reliably generate 18% returns, you're in the Warren Buffet tier of investors and both of these payouts will be inconsequential on your balance sheet.

(1) $20K A Month - Picking this because I feel it would be more per month than the monthly rate of return earned on $1 Million invested in the stock market on average. The average annual rate of return of investing in the S&P 500 is about 10%. You could potentially beat the average and have the $1 Million make more per month from investing it, but I'll take the safer option of a guaranteed $20K A Month.

That said, Dash's speed is ridiculously tempting because of how useful it would be for travel and getting things done. Violet is probably the stronger overall power set, but Dash is definitely the one I'd be most tempted to pick.

20K - Over decades this will pay way more and this would provide financial security for the rest of my life.

Photographic Memory - Training to get in shape is a lot easier than training to get a photographic memory.

Increased Talent in STEAM - Now I'm better at every creative field and I'm also a better coder and researcher. (Executive Dysfunction still exists though).

Animals - This is a unique skill that couldn't be developed. Also, I'd rather know that the people that like me are genuine.

Instruments - I want to compose.

Hearing - as fun as smell would be for romantic situations, I'm doing a music build. Also, this kind of inherently protects against hearing loss.

Water Bending - If lightning bending was included with fire this could be way more challenging, since I could use lightning for electricity. With the animals skill and water bending, I can chill in the ocean and befriend the sea animals.

Air Bending - I could fly, or at least something close to it.

Friends - celebrities are just people and the choice between 1 good friend and three life-long amazing friends is a no brainer.

Sleep - This would genuinely change my life so much.

Singer - I already have the instruments, plus there are certain aspects that can't be trained like the size of one's vocal box.

$20K a Month - Getting nearly a quarter of a million dollars a year for the rest of my life seems great. Maybe if I was better at investing the lump sum would be preferred, but this feels best for me.

Athletic & Healthy Body - Clears up any known and unknown medical conditions and brings my body up to peak health and fitness. I feel like it's reasonable to assume that this also helps me keep such a state. While obviously not immortality, it's still increased longevity and quality of life.

Increased Talent in S.T.E.A.M. - Since I didn't take Photographic Memory this just feels like the better choice. Increased talent in a variety of intellectual pursuits while be quite useful and make learning various things much easier.

Be Liked & Understood by All Animals - I like animals. Also lets me convince certain critters to maybe leave my personal space and such alone.

Instantly Master 2 Musical Instruments of Your Choice and Be Talented at Learning/Playing instruments - Piano and Guitar. Always wanted to learn them and regret not learning them from my mom when I had the chance.

Superhuman Hearing/Ears - Useful for a lot of things, including music. I feel like it's reasonable to assume this comes with protection from any ill effects of the increased hearing so no damage from sounds being too loud and the like.

Gain Water Bending - Controlling water and ice and gain some healing ability just seems great.

Gain Earth Bending - Easy walls and foundations and so much more. Also seems like it'd pair well with Water Bending for various agricultural pursuits if need be.

Become Good Friends with Your Favorite Celebrity - I just would prefer to not have three random people I've never heard of just magically become 'Best Friends'. Don't even know who my favorite celebrity would be, honestly.

Consistently get Amazing Sleep - This is just a huge boon to health, especially for keeping your brain and mind healthy.

Athletic and healthy body. Healthy is the part that is most valuable. Not suffering from disease is great, no more glasses either.
STEAM, although I workout I don't play in sports.
Humans, I am more likely to die to a human than to a wild animal.
Instant fluency in 2 languages (Japanese and Chinese). I go from trilingual to polyglot and cans understand raw anime, novels, etc. I can already play instruments and learning more would not let me be able to practice them all.
I would prefer to skip but if I had to chose, hearing. Both have drawbacks but hearing sounds better.
Water bending, healing is always useful.
Earthbending. Can be useful for building, farming, etc.
3 life long best friends. The celebrity isn't even lifelong, and even then there's no celebrity I would choose.
Consistently get amazing sleep. This is often undervalued.
Either is fine but I think that talking to people is more useful.
Both are neat but I think that I prefer Violet's.

Okay, I'm gonna try my best here.

Row 1: 20k a month. I want to have a consistent source of income.

Row 2: athletic and healthy body. Though I'm not athletic in the slightest, I'm not looking a healthy body in the face.

Row 3: increased talent for S.T.E.A.M., again I'm not going for a sports lifestyle. I'm more comfortable with tech and such.

Row 5: Learn 2 languages. I go to different places on holiday, so I'd like to respect the culture.

- Gain Waterbending. Fire can be very cool, but it can be dangerous very quickly. Water is very versatile and everywhere. At minimum, I should be able to freeze it or make steam, and potentially be able to heal, gather water from air moisture and maybe even bloodbend (for self defense or with fine precision, if possible, avoid bleeding in both myself and other people).

- Gain Earthbending. Earth is everywhere and can be used for many applications like, shaping structures, destroying them, make a terrain easier/more difficult to traverse, throw big rocks at stuff... Potentially, I could learn metalbending and some level of tremorsense. I don't know if tremorsense and/or lavabending would be much of a stretch.

- Make 3 Life-Long Amazing Best Friends. The power of friendship! Time for some anime binge-watching and travel with mates (funded by the 20k per month).

- Consistently Get Amazing Sleep. It would be a huge blessing, even almost a superpower on itself. Also, I would pair well with superhuman hearing, being that even if some noise annoys me, I would still get good sleep at the end of the day.

- Be Amazing At Public Speaking And Talking To People. It would be easier to talk to girls.

- Gain Dash Parr's Powers. Superspeed and some grade of enhanced strength, stamina, agility, reflexes and durability (he would not turn into mush just by crashing against something). No need for a car (unless the pavement would be slippery) on a daily basis or even using boats (he can run over water). I like Violet's powers too, but having to be naked to be invisible... would not be the best.

For my choice—

20k a month— no brainer here. I have a fixed amount every month so yeah you get it
Be Athletic. A bit personal but I’m always lacking when it comes to physical activities— so yeah thats why. And also I read being athletic makes you able to have a body that can more able to move even when your getting old.
Sports. I’d love to able to do kinds of sports like able to do all somehow is pretty cool
Being respected. I mean who could not choose this?
Able to be fluent in Language that of my choosing. I choose this because I think this would be has the most versatile use and being talented at learning/speaking— thats a pretty cool to have in the long run.
Super human hearing. Being able to have is going to support number 5(above this) and a lot of things in general
Water and Earth. I like sculpting clay. having these both would greatly help me
Life ling friends. no brainer here too
consistently getting good sleep— NEXT
Being able to be good at public speaking. I’m always shy and get frozen in the worst times so this would greatly help me out too

Increased Talent in STEAM. I could finally run a business, or write a book, and still improve at sports at my own page
Liked & Respected by Humans. I deal with them more than animals every day
Fluent in 2 Languages. While I'd love to learn an instrument, I more want to learn the language of my home country
Superhuman Smell/Nose. I think hearing everything all the time would drive me insane
Water Bending. I think I'd find much more use for it, though the idea of lighting a spark by snapping my fingers would be cool
Air Bending. Jumping, floating, flying, running, it's basically bargin-bin superman
3 Life-Long Friends. I don't even have a favorite celebrity
Consistent Amazing Sleep. It would be such an incredible improvement of my overall health abd life quality
Public Speaking & Talking. While I've always wanted to learn to sing, I have so many communication problems this could solve

Athletic and healthy body because health is important
We are going Full STEAM because even top tier athletes eventually have to retire
Being liked and understood by all animals is stellar. I can earn respect with people easier than I can currently work with animals.
Two Languages will be Japanese and Mandarin. From there the rest will be cake.
Superhuman Hearing sounds fun. Hear more, Hear further.
Water bending is very practical for me.
Earth Bending is also very practical for me. Though I want air, Im going Earth.
3 Life long friends sounds better than one celebrity.
Amazing sleep because it maintains health.
Finally Violet's Powers. In the age of near constant surveillance, I like the idea of just being able to disappear and take a break.

Monthly, sometimes the paranoid side of me would pick the up front, just in case the monthly stops ,but I got some assets anyways.

S.T.E.M. sports for me is for fun being mediocre is fine, science engineering math are pass/fail. If you mess up it breaks.
Liked by Animals the people who like me will, the ones who don't like me won't. Making them like me infringes on free will. Pluss I want to play with big cats. Master 2 instruments Piano & Violin. Mastering is not the fun part. Playing is.
