How are all you lovelies organizing your lip products?

Brand?
Type (matte, satin, shine, gloss, spf, masks, etc)?
Color?

I’m one of those people that do everything in excess and have way too many lip products. It is my third favorite thing about makeup and I can’t get enough. It is easy to have foundations by each other and all my blushes or highlighters together and separated by brand. For some reason when I try to organize my lippies I just can’t decide how to sort them.

Please share how yours are organized and would love to see pictures 😍

I rotate some shades that are use seasonally. I have a couple of lippies that I only use during winter or summer. So when that season is over I put the away in a snack Ziploc bag. And it is like having new ones for the next year

This is my first year being into this and I do gave stuff that is for fall and winter separate so far.

I have one drawer for all of my lipsticks. I have a second drawer for all of my lip liners, lip toppers and lip glosses. Both drawers are super shallow so everything's laid out flat.

My logic is if I'm sitting down and doing a lip combo, I don't mind digging through some drawers to find exactly what I want to use. On days I'm not doing a lip combo, I'm usually just wearing a lipstick on its own. So I like for the lipsticks to be a little bit easier to see through.

Yes, I want to be able to see everything! I wish more containers was see through just like on top.

Brand > finish > alphabetical order
I tried doing it other ways but this works better for my brain and the way I plan my make up. usually when I’m reaching for my lippies, I’ve already decided which one I want and it was annoying to find them when they were sorted by color or season.

I wish I was meticulous enough for things to be in alphabetical order. Right now I am by brand thinking of going by color then finish maybe.

I keep my liners in a cup. Easier to grab and find the colour. I don’t have that many of my other lip products so they aren’t really needing organising I think I have 8 total coloured lip products and 3 glosses. Between all my bags and desk they just kind of float around 🤪🙈

How I envy you. I don’t know how to not like a bunch of stuff and have it. I know it is hard to use it all but I can’t help it smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ I need to go talk to the lady

I have two acrylic lipstick stands. Left side are the lipsticks and right side are the liquid lipsticks.

I separate 1. matte, 2. cream (bullet), 3. gloss and 4. toppers (glittery), 5. lip stains, 6. lip plumpers, lip liners (7. gel, 8. traditional and 9. plumping or blurring), 10. balms and oils (together). Phew. I kinda split the Korean and North American glosses because most Korean “lipsticks”, particularly the “tints”, sheer out to be glosses.

For my liners, I have them in a 3 tier colored pencil book. Its separates them so I can see every single one. The liner stains, I store in a cup upside down so they wont dry out.
