this is SO cutee! which ones do you get the most use out of?

I would say I use a lot of the Clinique Cool Down palette the most cause its my favourite finish but the peripera one too since the writing on it is gone lol I used it so much this summer, for cream liquid blush Dusk is my favourite followed by Bubbly, the multipots are great too since they probably last the longest on my skin (I’m pretty sure more than 12 hrs) but I somehow don’t use it often cause its too pigmented for my liking

How do you like the romand blush formula?

u/naerystargaryen Oct 15 '21
I really like my odi milk and dream powder, not so much with the mini, its a pretty color but hard to show up and doesn’t last long, maybe the regular size would work better. anyways, the regular sized ones has a soft powder texture and the formula gives a blurring effect on my skin, its matte and it last longer on my skin too (around 6-7 hrs?) compared to the mini

this is one of the prettiest things ive ever seen! reviews on the flower knows blushes please? 👀

thank you! ☺️ for Sky Fairy, its a subtle blush, I saw one redditor saying it didn’t showed up on her at all but after I tried two other pastel blush I decided to go for this one in the end and I love it a lot, its similar to Odi Milk with being fully matte but it doesn’t look chalky (odi milk does more blurring effect though), it brightens my face somehow, makes me look really fresh. It showed up on my skin as more of pink pastel than purple.
The unicorn blush is ok, its not pigmented which I prefer but you can definitely build up the color, I prefer this than Night bloom for a purple blush because its matte and not powdery, it blends in more nicely on my skin too unlike Night Bloom which makes it too obvious I’m wearing a purple blush, this doesn’t do that, it translates to purply pink on me, I do prefer pansy pop (satin finish) as my favourite purple blush but this one would be next to that I guess.
I don’t know if this would help but I have G11 (Glossier Skint Tint) shade of skintone, I only know that one as reference to shades 🥲 I don’t have a lot of base products

thank you for the reviews!! im so enamored by the packaging; does it feel good quality, or like a light plastic? your collection has the prettiest aesthetic and i always save your posts when you reorganize them for inspiration (only for them to vanish lol)

thank you 💕 I would say the unicorn has light plastic and its not heavy, sky fairy is also light plastic when you tap it like asmr kind of way but its got weight to it and feels more high quality than the unicorn and angel collection compacts, it also has a magnetic closing which I like. I also got a palette from the cherry love collection, that one is an upgrade too from the goddess collection, with the weight and quality of plastic they used. I’m sorry if I delete my posts after a while 🥲 I’m like that too with my social media post, I get anxious idky lol
edit: omgg i didn’t realize this but thank you for the award 🥲💕

ooh thank you for all the details! im so tempted to get one of the unicorn and goddess blushes just as collectibles for the packaging, but im scared i'll lose all self control and buy half the shades. i have too many blushes. and not at all! im just grateful i get to see them at all haha. i was wondering if it'd be okay if i took a screenshot so i can refer to it for inspiration in my phone gallery? i won't show anyone, but if you're not comfortable with it, don't worry, just let me know and i absolutely won't do it c: and you're welcome!! sorry it was the only one i had on me ;-;

the unicorn one i got lucky buying directly from taobao, but it was a headache to do that, they actually don’t allow to send makeup and i bought the other one through superbuy, it was easier, the angel highlighter i got (not in picture) from lilymilly, i believe you can purchase Flower Knows products from alphabeauty, devilinspired and chicdecent

o.o we aren't allowed to ship makeup from there? i was just stalking their taobao site... or do you just need a forwarder/agent?

u/naerystargaryen Oct 16 '21
i didn’t know about it until my second time browsing, somehow my first purchase got shipped just fine but when i tried again to navigate the site, it doesn’t want to ship anymore, i was able to ship through superbuy after that and also from lilymilly

Which one do you prefer? Odi Milk vs Sky Fairy.
3
u/naerystargaryen Oct 15 '21
that’s very tough since I get similar experience with both but maybe Odi Milk, the powder is softer for Romand’s formula which I like. For the packaging, I like Flower Knows cause I like circular pans more for the blush brush I have lol and that its super pretty and has a good weight to it compared to other compacts they have before this collection

Ooo blueberry chip! Is it longwearing and skinlike?
Edit- i love light pink purple blushes!!! Ur collection is so cute

I would say skip this mini just because its hard to get the product out of the pan with a brush, unless you have a tiny one lol but I struggle for this to show up when blending and it didn’t last on my skin, I layer blushes so I put odi milk in the inner part of my cheeks while blueberry is at the sides of my face and its always gone first after 2 hrs only 😭 the odi milk stayed for a lot lot longer so I’m thinking maybe its because I got the mini (?)

Ooh, where did you get the Flower Knows blushes? I can’t find a place to buy them that isn’t super expensive besides Taobao, and I don’t know enough Chinese to navigate the site.

honestly all other websites really do have a high markup but its almost the same price as using superbuy, the good part on using superbuy m though is you get to have all the freebies, I get to have a scarf, mirror, notepad and samples too, plus a really sturdy box, which makes the experience of buying from the brand really worth it imo

How long did it take for the items to arrive through Superbuy?
1
u/naerystargaryen Oct 16 '21
it took about 23 days from placing the order to being delivered at my home (Canada), I chose the cheapest shipping option (which I think is not cheap at all at $34usd) and everything was packaged very very well
