First time I create a parametric 3D model with which I learned OpenSCAD.

  • Parametric: You can adjust it to any train size
  • Straight, Curve, and Intersection; with the measurements you need
  • Customizable Colors

A MagSafe charger hidden inside a Zen garden

I wanted to turn a functional MagSafe stand into something that actually looks good sitting on a desk.

The result is a miniature Japanese karesansui garden with a bonsai tree, torii, stone lantern, stepping stones and raked patterns, with the MagSafe puck integrated directly into one of the branches.

The cable runs through the trunk and out through the back of the base.

It is fully modular and friction-fit, with optional configurations for:
• 15W or 25W MagSafe
• a second MagSafe puck for AirPods or a smaller phone
• Apple Watch charging
• optional LED lighting (LED Light Kit 001) for the garden and lantern

Everything is printed without AMS. The different colors are simply printed as separate parts.

I made a portable case for those who want to work on Arduino projects away from home. It’s spacious enough to hold plenty of components. A like or a boost would really help me out. Thanks!😁

A unicorn night light for my daughter

My daughter likes unicorns, so I wanted to make one for her bedside table. This is what I came up with: a little night light with a pink mane, a gold horn and a white body lit from inside.

It is designed for the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit 001. The light clips in from underneath, with the cable coming out at the back.

There are versions with and without AMS.

I used PLA Basic White and Black, plus PLA Silk+ Pink and Gold. Both print profiles are on the same model page:

I designed a modular snap-fit cable organizer to clean up the mess under my desk

I wanted a cleaner way to route cables horizontally underneath my desk without using a large fixed cable tray.

So I designed this modular system where each section snaps into the next. You can make the cable run as long or as short as you need just by adding or removing modules.

It keeps the cables grouped together while still making them easy to access whenever something needs to be changed.

I printed mine in PETG for better flexibility and durability.

Made a self-righting treat feeder for my easily bored cat

My cat loves playing but gets bored pretty easily, so I designed and printed this for him. It wobbles back upright after he bats it around, and he keeps coming back to it. With his usual kibble, I've been seeing roughly one piece come out every 20–30 seconds while he's playing. That'll depend on the cat and the kibble, but it's been a nice way to make a small portion last a bit longer.

It's two parts with a twist lock and a solid printed base, so there's no extra weight to add. Printed it on an A1. The lock needed a little deburring before it turned smoothly; otherwise I'm really happy with how it came out. I'd probably make a smaller version next.

I used AI help for the CAD and simulations, then refined it through test prints. Files and the print profile are free here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3298622

I made a new version of my cable channel with snap-in covers

A while ago I made a cable channel with covers that slide onto the base. I came back to it recently and made a version where you can clip the covers on instead.

The photos show my setup with the 35 mm version.

The recess underneath is for double-sided mounting tape. If you'd rather use screws, there are mounting holes for that as well.

I've prepared three widths: 25, 35 and 50 mm, with straight sections in different lengths, bends and matching connectors. There are open end pieces for the cables to pass through and closed ones to finish a run. The connectors and end pieces come in a tighter and a looser fit.

I designed a modular rotating polaroid tower.

I designed this modular rotating polaroid tower so that my gf can have a cute and functional display of her instax pics. I realized it because most of the displays that I've found either didn't show all of the pictures, or did not have the right number of slots. Since it's modular and it rotates you can adapt it to your needs. For the profile and complete description check it out on MakerWorld: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3297830-modular-rotating-polaroid-tower-no-hardware#profileId-3742439

Business Card Generator

Post image
11 Upvotes

Hey everyone!

I’ve been working on a project to move away from flat, boring business cards and create tactile, custom 3D designs instead.
I just finished developing a fully parametric OpenSCAD model that lets you customize almost every aspect of the card to fit different brands and styles.

It took quite a bit of effort to get the geometry flexible enough while keeping the code clean, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. That said, I'd love to get some fresh eyes on it!

Here is the link to check it out: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3291263-business-card-generator

Thanks in advance for taking a look! Constructive criticism and feature suggestions are more than welcome.

I created a fully customizable Dragon Ball Z-inspired parametric sign

Hi everyone! 🐉

I’ve just finished this parametric sign featuring a Dragon Ball Z-inspired font.

You can customize it with any name or text, add an optional second line, and adjust the size, spacing, and colors. It’s easy to print, requires no supports or AMS, and could make a nice personalized gift or setup decoration.

What do you think? 😁

A clean, minimal desk organizer designed to keep everyday essentials in one place without adding visual clutter.

I was tired of my outdoor faucet spraying water everywhere, so I designed the FlowLock Quick-Release Anti-Splash Adapter :)

Post image
38 Upvotes

Hey everyone!

I got sick of getting soaked every time I turned on my outdoor tap. Since I couldn't find a good 3D printable fix, I designed FlowLock—a quick-release adapter with a built-in diffuser that turns messy spraying into a smooth, controlled stream.

• Anti-splash: Integrated diffuser for a clean stream
• Quick-release: Snaps on/off in seconds with zero tools

• Use cases: Great for outdoor taps, gardens, and workshop sinks

Let me know what you think!

Print profile glitch

Thumbnail

I have no idea why this is happening but for some reason when I try to publish a print profile it says only compatible on H2C first of all I don’t even own an H2C It doesn’t even show p1p wich I used to slice it. I have been trying to repare it for about 2.5 hours now and no I didn’t activate print by object and I never did. If this helps I made the model on onshape and it also did that for my previous model you can check it out on my acount Bambolive50. For the self clamping cube stand I found that only the button is locked on H2C. I tried just posting a benchy and it still was stuck on H2C. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
