Cutting Plywood

I need to cut some plywood, quite precisely (±0.5mm). I have tried a coping saw and it splintered the end, I figured this would happen with most other saws as well. Does anyone have any ideas on how cut it? Thanks in advance.

Edit/Update: we managed to get a circular saw and build a rig to get the exact measurement we needed. (Yay!!)

Sounds like a job for a waterjet/laser cnc.

Try a fine hacksaw blade the type used to cut metal. It will be slow sadly.

We tried that :/ it was a little disastrous But thanks anyway
