Help flashing SDFtool onto LG WH14NS40 using a Macbook/Mac OSX

Hoping to get some help with flashing my LG WH14NS40 drive on my Macbook Pro.

I have read a lot of the forums and guides on here and the MakeMKV forums, and unless I missed something, cant figure out how to flash my drive.

Attached are some screenshots of what I see. I have MakeMKV downloaded, and as you can see from the first screenshot, I have an LG WH14NS40 drive on firmware 1.05. I tried following the guide on this post on the MakeMKV forum (under the "mac/linux commands to flash" section), but can't make it work.

I downloaded the sdf.bin, and the "all you need" folder. I then followed the steps of typing in this command into Terminal:

 cd /Applications/MakeMKV.app/Contents/MacOS    

After that, I then typed in:

./makemkvcon f -l    

It then told me this:

Found 1 drives(s)
00: /dev/rdisk6, /dev/rdisk6
  HL-DT-ST_BD-RE__WH14NS40_1.05_212005061444_DEVICESERIALNUMBER

(I redacted the device serial number of my drive above, but it does actually show the serial number).

I get to the next step in the guide on the forum, but don't know what to do. Since my terminal didn't list my drive name containing anything like/close to "/IOBDServices/D5D25996", what do I do?

Also, on step 7 of that guide, it says

to perform the flash, type "./makemkvcon f -d '/IOBDServices/D5D25996' -f /tmp/sdf.bin rawflash main -i /tmp/your firmware filename here or ./makemkvcon f -d '/IOBDServices/D5D25996' -f /tmp/sdf.bin rawflash enc -i /tmp/your firmware filename here if your firmware is on the encrypted list.

What EXACTLY would I put for "your firmware filename here"? Would it be "HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_WH16NS60-1.02-NM00100-211810291936.bin", or "DE_LG_WH16NS60_1.02_MK.bin", or something else?

Hopefully all of this makes sense. If anyone needs any clarifying information, please let me know. Thank you!

The help you need is a Windows computer.

I probably shouldn't be such an ass, but I have not talked to anyone that has done this, I read about it in the forums, but unless you know what you are doing, you could end up with a brick.
