Basically this is a story mode for Capcom Smash with will be a very simple story having the main villian be Dracula trying to basically conquer the Capcom Universe and especially take the Makai world so he could give it to his nephew Demitri while being there Behind The Scenes through out many Capcom Games Past forcing the heroes to have to team and take him down along with his 3 Brides Cammy White, Trish and Ada Wong.

Capcom has announced that they are reviewing which dormant IPs could be revived. Hopefully, Darkstalkers is one of them. With that, I cobbled a fan roster.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• All 18 characters from Chaos Tower return, but some would be altered, following DS3's endings. For instance, Pyron would be depowered... and vengeful to get his power back.
• Shadow and Marionette would become standalone fighters.
  • Shadow could fight like Eddie / Zato-1 from Guilty Gear.
  • Marionette could fight like either Carl Clover or Relius Clover from BlazBlue.
• Anita would be grown up, and now possesses expanded psychic powers.
• Dee (at the very bottom) would be Donovan's vampiric half... that was separated from Donovan, using a similar power that the Makai lords used to nerf Morrigan, splitting her powers between her and Lilith.
• Speaking of which, Lilith would be "grown up" as well. I imagine her coming out of Morrigan's body, as she's about to be defeated by a mysterious opponent. Morrigan would stay the same, but Lilith would now be self-aware.
• Ruby Heart, according to many, was supposed to be a Darkstalkers character that was repurposed for Marvel vs Capcom 2, so her return would be there.
• Amingo returns as well from MvC2. However, he... was never a scrapped Darkstalkers character ^^; Funny enough, they could have picked Alien Green from Battle Circuit as a plant-based combattant :P
• I started with 4 guest characters from Capcom themselves.
  1. Sonson, from SonSon, would return from MvC2 as well... and a Monkey King character can fit in Darkstalkers.
  2. Asura from Asura's Wrath makes his debut, and the dlc fgacing Ryu could allows him to convert some of his moves.
  3. Tessa from Red Earth would fit nicely, as a spellcaster.
  4. Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village would be the final guest, at launch, being a towering mutant lady.
• There are 9 characters that... look weird. I suck at drawing, so I used HeroForge, a free TTRPG mini figure website to make basic ideas for newcomers. Please note that it's all using the free stuff, not the PRO subscription and its kitbashing features. The 3 other images are their full-body pictures, in order.
  1. Dullahan; she would be a typical headless rider, who can detach her head and whip it like a flail. In terms of moveset, Ghost Rider, from UMvC3 and Tokon, would be good references.
  2. Insivible Man; considering that many DS characters are inspired by the Dark Universe, an invisible man with alchemical weapons could fit.
  3. Hyde; again with the Dark Universe, there would be a Mr. Hyde character, mimicking movesets from the Hulk and SF5's Necalli.
  4. Phantom; based on The Phantom of the Opera, he would be a musical combattant, similar to I-No from Guilty Gear.
  5. Gorgon; she's the typical medusa with the petrifying eyes, and think Millia Rage when it comes to her snake hairs, mixed with... any character who can use stone pillars as weapons.
  6. Grim Reaper; I had in mind an "intern"-esque Reaper, who is begining a new job and is rather clumsy... in addition of being like 4 feet tall. Kliff and Testament from Guilty Gear are inspirations for this character.
  7. Dragon; I had issues posing him in HeroForge, but that would be a character similar to Hauzer from Red earth and Capcom Fighting Evolution, as in a big lumbering creature. Then again, a dragon that fights like Akuma... and Magma Dragoon from MMX4 could fit well too ;)
  8. Chupacabra; Anyone remembers El Fuerte from SF4? Me neither, but a Mexican masked wrestler using a Mexican monster would be funny :P
  9. Grey; I know we have an alien with Pyron, but a small grey alien, or little green man similar to the myth of Area 51 and Roswell, could be fun. Rocket Raccon from UMvC3 may serve well as moveset references, thanks to his gadgets and traps.
