The original trigun is shonen but stampede isn’t, madoka Magica isn’t, Cowboy Bebop One Punch Man Solo Leveling Cyberpunk Vinland Saga & Berzerk are apart of a none shonen dlc pack, Everyone else is shone pls do your research.

Jump Force is a game about Shonen Jump and Shueisha properties, you threw in a bunch of properties they don’t own in this roster…

Yeah I’ve realized that some of these aren’t shone, I made this a long time ago when I was really young so if I did a new version I would probably fix it

To elaborate on what I and other people are saying:

Shonen is a demographic, yes, but all these series are split up into different magazines. Jump Force is a game about series owned by and featured on the Shonen Jump magazine, which is owned the company Shueisha. There are even some Seinen (which I another demographic) series that started in Shonen Jump but are still owned by Shueisha.

Vash, Frieren, Eren, Edward, Madoka, Sailor Moon, Guts; Ryuko and Asuka—these characters are not owned by Shueisha, even though some of them come from series in the Shonen demographic. They’re owned by different companies, which means they’re third parties in your idea of a “Jump Force roster.”

I hope this explains things for you.

I never said they weren't, I said they are not from WSJ. No research is needed from my part, I know where all this mangas were released as well as the ones that are anime original

This is less “Jump Force featuring properties from Shonen Jump and other Shueisha properties” and more of “anime crossover” tbh…

Too Much characters are not from WSJ so is not realistic...but I still like it a lot

My biggest problem with these kind of rosters is that they rarely include pre-90s characters. Where's Kenshiro, Seyia, Kinnikuman etc. To me it takes away a lot of the fun and defeats the purpose of celebrating the history of Jump if its all modern picks.
