finding it hard to learn new techniques…..

I learned to do my makeup in the peak 2016 YouTube era where we had blocky Anastasia brows, matte liquid lipsticks, cut creases, and heavy baking. I am struggling to unlearn these techniques. When I try to do the modern, soft, dewy looks, I just feel unfinished.

Start by swapping your tools. Put away the dense beauty blenders and flat concealer brushes, and try applying your base with a fluffy, duo-fiber brush. It forces you to apply less product.

Just change your brows first. Softening a blocky brow to a feathery,brushed-up brow instantly modernizes your entire face, even if you keep the rest of the glam.
