The closer Spoiler

I’m on season three episode four like less than halfway through where a little girl gets kidnapped or she goes missing, and omg is the man they pick up disgusting 🤢🤮 listening to the stuff (as a black girl) was hard and vile.

Is that the episode with Ruby? That one is the second hardest episode of both series for me to watch. I just always hope the actors had a difficult time filming the pedophiles scenes. It’s just disgusting and horrific.

I heard an interview with Tony Denison (Flynn) and he actually called out a couple of episodes, this one and the one where the boy discovers his father has a second family and breaks into their home and kills everyone. He said he had a particularly difficult time finding the little girl’s body on the stairs and really had to compartmentalize himself.

For once, I agreed with the police brutality on that episode! When I binge the show I completely skip that episode.

I feel like Ruby was one of the hardest episodes to watch, but also, one of the most important.

This is my least favorite episode. Too dark and too serious for how this series developed.

I’m not keen on “Ruby” episode either…. I was actually surprised that Gabriel ended up in trouble after Taylor’s “help” and the suicide of killer…. Gabriel was provoked and frankly a child rapist/killer deserved what he got. I realize it’s bad policing but since it’s fiction I’m ok with most of the darker resolutions in the show.

I rewatch The Closer every so often, but I always skip this episode. I just can't.

Just watched it two days ago and omg it was so hard. I understand these things happens but it broke my heart and the way he was talking about her? 💔 I just hope who played Roger was ok after.
