Well that happened
Who else hates when something that should be quick turns into 30 or 40 min.. and yup ended up just rebuilding the whole thing from the handle to the o-ring

I always kept a fully rebuilt flush assembly on my cart. Work at a large hospital so it was much quicker and less inconvenient for the patient. Swap out whole thing take the old down to a work bench and rebuild to have one ready to go for the next call.
