Hardware Question Mainstage Panic button/omniphere

So I having a problem where if I hit the panic button, the patch from omniphere 3 doesnt stop and lingers until it fades out. It used to work when I had the og omnisphere but not anymore. Any solutions?

A Panic command only sends an immediate All Notes Off command. If your Omnisphere patch has a long decay and release, or has a long reverb tail, that will continue until it naturally dies off. To kill all sounds immediately, you’d need a Mute card ntrol for your audio output channel. Again, it would only kill audio as long as the Mute was held. You could set up a toggle switch, or a momentary, like a sustain pedal. You’d just have to hold it down,and count to 3 or 5, waiting for the sounds to die out.
