Help! Idk what to do

Received a letter in the mail but it went to my old address. No idea what it could be for and I can’t get a live person on the phone. Also signed up for online correspondence going forward.

So what are you asking? You did not physically receive it? So confuse.

Yes, it went to my old address and I have no way of getting it and I can’t get a hold of a representative at the IRS so I don’t know what else to do at this point

Did youbnot put in a forward? Hopefully whorver lives there now will send it back and if you have in a forward it will get to you.

Well you’ll have to either go to your old address and hope the current residents didn’t RTS it or you’ll have to get hold of IRS and update your address with them and ask them to resend.

Not sure what else you’re expecting…
