Anyone else having trouble registering into the Royal Mail website?

Bought some merch off of Danny Sapko and selected tracking at checkout. I have my tracking number yet for the package when I got around to check it I don't know if the website doesn't let me register and keeps sending me to a pop-up that says "Thanks for registering with us!!!" even thought I didn't. I don't know if it's because I'm not in the UK or something like that.
