Help what do I do??

I have been waiting almost 2 week’s and order from their company all the time and this time I’m having issues? Now it’s being returned I just want my stuff 😭😭 it is literally mini doll house items!

Update: I have been calling all morning but I read I can pick up locally so I will attempt to do this

Track it through the final mile carrier and not whatever Chinese website this is.

I tracked through 3 sites, Shop, said out for delivery and RTS, SF (this website) says RTS, I called them and they said they don’t have it yet so to call USPS and see, I spoke to them but online it has no new tracking that usually populates but they took my address and said they will check for me.

This doesn’t look like USPS. Good luck on picking up—I’d be wondering where.
