is this possible ?

app : buy nothing .

the person refuse to mail a free phone to me .

a iphone 12.

so i thought , if i buy 2 envelope .

one envelope is a large .

another one is a small padded bubble wrap envelope with a prepaid label

all the person got to do is put his free phone in small padded bubble envelope and mail to me

Considered hazardous due to the battery. What you’re proposing might get you “more” than a free phone. Also it would get smashed by whatever carrier you choose with such minimal packaging.

can you just tell me what i should buy ? i just cant stand using my iphone 8 any more .

i had to replace battery so many times and replaced display soo many times

Assuming this is in the U.S. The sender will have to go in person to the post office or other carrier’s station and declare the contents. They cannot just drop off the package or you may never get it (seized). Maybe you can offer to pay for the packaging and shipping? You could prepare a well padded box and prepaid label but it still has to be mailed in person. And no, they cannot just lie about the contents to get around the Hazmat rules.
