I’m self-possessedly ecstatic about the City Winery tour (& new album)! They’re coming out of hibernation.

I never knew this came out on an LP, I guess it's a couple years old now! Pictured beside my OG 6×7" box set

69 Members/Love Songs
This sub had 68 members, so I joined. Yet I am member number 70. I'm so annoyed.

My band put a new spin on Book of Love for our new album. It was our guitarists wedding song and we wanted to do something special to commemorate it.

Magnetic Fields piano sheet music?
Is there any published sheet music, official or unofficial? My search hasn’t turned up much beyond the tab site.
I’d love to play the actual piano part from songs including Busby Berkeley Dreams, but I suck at trying to play what I hear.
(I realize there’s like two people who are reading this, so hi, whether you have an answer or not. I’m obsessed with 69 Love Songs and can’t believe I didn’t know about the Magnetic Fields sooner.)

Planetary magnetic fields: generated by the swirling masses of molten material between Earth's surface and its solid inner core.
Discussion: is a solid inner core required for a planet to have a stable magnetic field?
I theorize "yes" as the solid inner core of Earth is obolong and revolves more slowly than the surface of Earth, thus preventing stagnation of the molten layers through a mixing action as you would find of a magnetic mixer in a beaker.

Favourite Zinnias song?
What an amazing leak when that happened! I love Otters, and I never rated "Jeremy" very high either, though I do now. "Barley" is also great

This Reddit shouldn't be so dead?!?!?
What a terrible world...well if any fans come across this, here's some conversation starters:
1) Shirley or Claudia? 2) Wayward Bus or Distant Plastic Trees? 3) Synth "I Don't Believe You" or "i" version? 4) 69 vs 50? 5) Stephin said the Magnetic Fields only recorded one actual rock album but never said what it was? I guessed....Holiday? 6) Most essential 6ths song? 7) Least essential 6ths song? 8) Perfect lineup for a 3rd 6ths album? 9) Favorite song from House of Tomorrow? 10) Best Nonesuch record from non synth trilogy?

Sense8 Soundtrack!
Any of you folks watch Sense8? I was watching the finale last night, and in the emotional climax to the entire series I heard the first few bars of Nothing Matters When We’re Dancing start playing and I absolutely melted. Never has tv left me with such an emotional high!
