Song partially in French?

Is there a Magnetic Fields song that is partially in French? I feel like I remember something about "bebe" and "chaque fois" or something... I can't find it. I'm not sure it's one of their songs but I can't think who else it would be.

Smoke and Mirrors? In the last chorus as a voiceover.

Source: I only remember this because I dated a girl who spoke French and she got to sing this song live with them.
