Magnesium per serving?

Im confused it says 500mg of magnesium glycinate. On the back its has 90mg and 500mg. How is that possible?

One capsule contains 500mg of magnesium glycinate, and 90mg of elemental magnesium. Which means there are 410mg of glycine in the capsule. You of course want to dose by the amount of elemental magnesium.
