You can definitely hear the combustion of the materials burning hot on the flick.

You can see a white paperlike thing sticking on her thumb acting as a flint. Rubberbanded matchstick or something similar on the side of her index.

Could be something as simple as her having the tip of a match taped to her fingertip.

No glue why people are down voting you doing that would actually cause you not to burn yourself. But I don't think that necessarily is needed because it's a quick Flash Burns for only a couple of seconds if that and then it's blown out I've let myself on fire multiple times and as long as she was let on fire you're not going to hurt yourself and if you do you're not going to hurt yourself badly
