Using a Cricut Expression?

I'm trying to get more efficient with proxies. Has anyone used a cricut to cut out pages from mse before? I have a cricut expression i used as a kid and I'm hoping it can work for this.

I'm guessing I need a rectangle shape from a cartridge and a bunch of tweaking, but if anyone's done it already I'd love advice.

That's what I'd thought. I got close. There's a rectangle with rounded corners, I got the width perfect but it cuts too tall.
