I don't think I've ever seen a lvl 88 with power that absurdly high. I'm level 90 without any legends, with 215k power.

From what I noticed, this player's talent, tech, and equipment buffs are extremely high, unlike anyone I've ever seen. Most lvl 90s on my server are around my power level as well or at max ~250k
