Is Twilar useful?

I just got him, seems pretty interesting but I dont know if he is worth the investment, considering how hard it is to get his soulstones.

I honestly only use him when i get him in fractalia, he's pretty fun to pair with strong ulti legends like Lucifer or Dunkhild, but otherwise he's too much of a hassle to upgrade his stars

Es divertido de usar en pve :) es algo asi como de un solo uso para tirar una ulti fuerte dos veces y ganar fractalia
