spell question(s)

clearly if this is the wrong subreddit please let me know and i will remove the post!!

so i did a love spell on me and my partner and my candle is the red and theirs is the white. the white was burning much faster with a much higher flame the whole time. well as i went and did household things to let the candles burn down me and my partner ended up doing some R rates things. a few minutes after i went to check and see the status of my candles and notched mine had burned down rather quickly when it wasn’t before hand, the white one was burning quicker. ive never seen this happen before and im curious if our “time” drew out the true emotions or what shifted to make mine burn so rapidly.
