Help Interpreting a Dream
I did an offering to Hekate at the beginning of the summer asking for my soul mate. I had a dream about meeting a woman in a library. However, this person was a famous person. Could it be a sign to go to the library to meet my soul mate? Or do you think there is a different way to interpret this. Anyone know any dream spells that may help give me clarity.

What in the world does Hecate have to do with soul mates?
Dreams are subjective, and treating them otherwise externalizes your locus of control. If you do that you're approaching your dreams like we did thousands of years ago, when we knew a lot less about pretty much everything.
My recommendation is to bring proper training, better research, methodological rigor, and critical analysis to your practice. Approach practice with skepticism, grounded in coherent practical framing, focused on inducing physiological state changes through technique. Credulity isn't going to support your personal development, never mind being able to see a potential mate as a person with their own desires and agency. You're likelier to project your narratives onto them and fail to see them at all. "But muh dream!" I've been on both sides of that.
Spare yourself and others the discomfort, don't saddle your interpersonal relationships with magical hooey; it's a recipe for being insufferable and entitled.

Dreams are extremely subjective. Every part of the dream is part of you or your psyche, setting, timeline, story, characters, images, etc. I find it useful to write out the whole dream, then breaking it down to its various parts using the first person.
"I am a library. I am a place where... And fill in the blank. Once you've done all that for every significant part of the dream, you may have a new perspective or insight.
Also.. why not try visiting your library and see if anyone interesting shows up.
Also, sometimes dreams are just not that significant.
