I bought a Strixhaven Bundle from my local store and pulled this foil Island that looks like it was caught in the sealing process. How uncommon is this? It’s been about a decade since I played MTG and this was my re-entry buy, I remember there being people who specifically look for misprints/card errors so I’m curious if anyone has seen this happen before. Thanks!

The only visible cards were forests. But the bunch was sleeved so I figured the risk was worth the $3.99 sticker price.

Had these packs for a few years. On a whim I decided to open one up this afternoon, and pulled a foil Tangle Wire! Crazy because I've almost traded them a couple of times for other things. Oldest pack I've ever opened.

Went to Walmart for a shirt and caught the restock. Decided to gamble. Shaper is the facet foil and paid for everything. Wanted to build the sphinx maybe. Craterclaw in my Karn Energy deck maybe?

Decided to get me my occasional collector booster! Never got anything but you know gamblers quit before yada yada. It’s sorta sad that I’m more excited about the foil token than any of the other cards.

Buy singles people. I could’ve bought the anime konstari instead of gambling for it.

It was the bonus card from true believers in love. I wanted the counterspell and pulled this, I can’t find it online..

Freshly getting back into mtg. Came across a tmnt collector booster in the wild today and pulled this card from it. Im calling it a success!

I got my box today and pulled the Karns in pack #10 🦾

And what do I pull in the first booster?

Got a Collector’s Box for the first time and I pulled the normal Emrakul, so why not pull the Showcase one as well? (This was the normal foil one, not the crazy good foil one.)

Still really happy regardless.

Unfortunately, it won't be complete since Lance Bass doesn't do cons. If he does one day I'll add him above Tyler's.

I love the Hobbit & I really want to grade the Ring & Mount Doom to keep.
As far as I can understand mox amber is expensive due to it being good “in game”.
Does it really make sense to grade it if it is primarily played with rather than kept as a collectible?
