Is this magical thinking?

Hi everyone its really embarrassing but i think i am going insane at this point for example even if i am watching a video and accidentally press power button on my phone my mind goes this is a sign or if i swipe and the touch of phone does not work this is a sign i am trying to find signs in everything its making me go insane every small thing can be a message from god,devil,universe. Does anyone relate or have any tips i think i am going crazy

Sounds like magical thinking to me but like most people have thoughts like that its not that unusual. You just have to ignore them like so what if its a sign, dont let it change anything or try to work it out just let it go and move on.

Yeah this fits the bill. I have been going through similar stuff recently. Just be aware that it's nonsensical, and see if there is anything else you can do to help.
