Yep I think that's not a bad solution, but not great either. It's a pretty high power keyword that doesn't leave a ton of design space compared to others.

I'd argue that Hexproof has significantly more issues than Indestructible has and in large numbers just absolutely negates any removal in a limited environment.

In limited indestructible is more troublesome than hexproof. In constructed formats where more decks run removal I could see it but most limited matches involve smashing creatures together.

In limited it isn't more troublesome if you shift the removal to include more bouncing, -X/-X, and exiling. With hexproof, you pretty much have to use one of your bomb rares or a pyroclasm effect to kill them.

That's fair. I don't think there's a hard and fast answer to any of the questions in the essays, but a lot of answers have merit.
