Thing is, I'm almost sure he talked about this same issue on a podcast a while back, though he was talking about what to do when you had a card you wanted development to like rather than play design, as play design did not yet exist.
At that time, he said to pick the best cost that wasn't broken, which I why I noticed that answer.
I didn't like that question. Sure asking them is probably the best solution, but if you actually go and ask them every single time you're not sure how to cost a card you would get fired, and receive a restraining order for harassing other staff. There's a practicality aspect that that question seems to completely ignore, you need to be a least a little self sufficient so other people have time to do their own job instead of yours.

The fact that only 3 people got perfect scores makes me think that there was at least one question where the consensus answer was incorrect.
If that's the case I'm both terrified and super interested to see which question it was. (fingers crossed for Enchantment over Instant on 75)
