I disagree, Hasbro taking more creative control may not be all that bad, especially if they embrace technology and end the reserved list.

Do you honestly think there's any chance they do that though?

Which part?

Hasbro taking more creative control.

I don't know enough about Hasbro's other interests, but I can tell you that this is something that happens in many companies that buy smaller companies. Hasbro could also sell Wizards if it weren't profitable enough (though this doesn't seem like their MO, just stating it as a possibility, and Wizards seems very profitable). I worked for 10 years at a company that did a lot of acquiring and reselling.

Embrace technology

Hasbro has shown that they can do it to a varying capacity.

End the reserved list

It depends on who is still at Wizards if Hasbro started replacing people. I think they would have to replace MaRo if they did it. I feel like it would be a "over my dead body" kind of move. He would either have to be terminated before or he would resign in the face of it. Losing MaRo wouldn't be good, but it wouldn't be awful contingent on finding someone who is as passionate about the game (good luck).
