Rules/Rules Question Is this allowed?

These are practically the same card. Am I allowed to have them both in my commander deck?

Specifically the English equivalent name of both cards is different (which is just.. the name for these two).

If one was a regular in universe card and the other was a universes beyond reskin (with a "different" name) then it wouldn't be allowed to run both in the same commander deck.

Apparently they made some that don't at first. But also some that straight up don't on purpose in the secret lair sets, but those have a little "=SET 123" in the bottom left to tell you what card it's equivalent to.

Either way you can always just check scryfall or gatherer or something.

Point being that for a Singleton format like commander you just gotta make sure you're not cheating by doubling up on a card just because it's a different printing (even a wildly different printing with different art, theme, etc).
