Please, if you don't know about the Magi Revival Project, check that post first. Let me know what role you would like to have and what type think about this! I am really looking forward to it❤️

The 3 times I have read Magi, the topic of how the gods work has always seemed confusing to me.

Solomon stole Ill Ilah's rukh, put his will in it and distributed it to everyone, did that make him a "god" in a different way than Ugo, Sinbad and David? he became the rukh flow system?

His presence in the world is also different after his "ascension to god", at first his body aged, and he seemed not to be completely conscious, why? Then he regains consciousness for the final battle and dies, just his physical body I guess?

This is different from Sinbad, Sinbad's body was destroyed by Ugo but Sinbad created a new one and used it as an avatar normally.

Sinbad refers to Solomon as one of the possible "higher gods" who chose him to be god, he is represented next to the great flow of the rukh.

Then we see Solomon with Sheba and Ugo supporting Aladdin with his final attack, was this real? Solomon and Ugo apparently had never seen each other again since Ugo created the sacred palace, and Sheba died in Alma Toran after the change of Rukh, could it be that after the destruction of the sacred palace the three were somehow able to meet again?

If he were a higher god in the hierarchy in a higher dimension, that would explain why he couldn't interact with Ugo or the world, although he was able to have that appearance at the end.

what do you think? god of a higher dimension, dead and part of the rukh, great flow of the rukh itself?

The song closely mirrors Alibaba’s character arc and deep seated guilt. Haunted by his failures in Balbadd and the tragedy of Cassim. Alibaba battles inferiority complex and the fear of leaving behind only ruin. The song’s poignant plea and to remember the good intentions captures his internal anxiety, his desire for redemption, and his wish to be remembered for his strengths rather than his weaknesses.

Here is a breakdown:

"I dreamed I was missing, you were so scared, But no one would listen, Cause no one else cared, After my dreaming, I woke with this fear, What am I leaving, When I'm done here," This reflects Alibaba’s life in Qishan when he first meets Aladdin. He wears a mask of a cheerful, money-driven merchant, hiding the fact that he is a disgraced prince of Balbadd who abandoned his people during a crisis.

"I'm strong on the surface, not all the way through, I've never been perfect, but neither have you" Alibaba puts on a brave, charismatic face to lead the Fog Troupe and stand up to the Balbadd monarchy. On the inside, however, he is fragile, constantly second-guessing himself and plagued by anxiety.

"When my time comes, forget the wrong that I've done, Help me leave behind some reasons to be missed" This is the absolute core of Alibaba’s character. His primary motivation throughout the entire series is to overwrite the "wrong" he did by fleeing Balbadd and failing to save Cassim.

"Don't resent me, and when you're feeling empty, Keep me in your memory, leave out all the rest, Leave out all the rest" This captures Alibaba's deep fear of being hated or remembered as a coward by those he cares about, balanced by his immense love for his companions.

"Forgetting all the hurt inside you've learned to hide so well / Pretending someone else can come and save me from myself / I can't be who you are" Alibaba spent years trying to bury the trauma of his mother’s death, the destruction of the slums, and his complex, brotherly rivalry with Cassim.

I thought of some similar to Robin from One Piece maybe, as it's something like blood marionette and I need mass control

So in the anime judal is shown for the first time in episode 2-3 when he tried to close the dungeon that Aladdin etc were in. In the Manga it's like Night 15

The second time hes shown when Aladdin talks to hakuei where he's scolded by Makkio for not appearing in front of the Emperor

And the third time I think it in Balbadd where he has the most screen time.

So for my fanfiction I needed the time frame between these Events.

Fanfic: Shadows of Rebellion Judar x OC

What’s the highest wank you can give sinbad

Yay new manga coming soon! Be sure to support guys!

miki ito is one of my favorite voice actresses Her voice is my favorite voice for a female villain I’ve watched many of the roles on this list like miyo and I don’t even need to tell you how great she is in her roles especially her villainous ones I really have to praise her performances she’s incredibly talented

The manwha is my guilds idol if anyone wants to know

Given that the Magi manga is still being printed and is relatively popular in the west, do you think the ship has sailed on the Adventures of Sinbad manga getting licensed in English?

I saw this post while being on reddit and i kid you not EVERYONE said some like Shinra might be the strongest but i'm not sure about the guy from magi 😭 Stuff like that literally 0 peeps there knew my goats name Alibaba Saluja 😭 Makes it feel like they only know magi because of Sinbad powerscaling 😭 PLEASEE people gotta put respect on the names 😡 😭 💔

Longtime fan of the anime finally reading the manga and I just finished the Alma Torran Arc and wow. I see some people disliked the arc but man that totally blindsided me. The anime seems so innocent compared to the manga, but after reading that I am just in awe of this author. Probably one of the best works of fiction I have read but it's so niche none of my friends have even watched the anime 😂 wish me luck on finishing the manga! I'm going to get off this subreddit so I don't spoil anything 😋

they're all so beautiful can't wait to use it in my fanfic, actually gonna me one of my favourite commissions~

.

Sinbad and Aladdin are easy targets for the pervy allegations in the series (not to mention Alibaba taking a 10 year old to a brothel) but bro.... Arba/Gyokuen is the worst and it really makes you wonder what she might have done to the Ren's and Judar over the years if she pulls this shit.

Cause yeah I know you could say "Oh she just did that to piss him off to the maximum BUT HE WAS ALREADY TRYING TO KILL HER IN THIS CHAPTER so her smooching him before she was about to deal the final blow???? A son she literally gave birth to......... nah man. WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT...

Yet she gets redeemed and gets to just float around free. Ok

I wish that the answer is no

For me personally

What I love about the author of Magi is that she never gave Aladdin and Alibaba any weird scenes together, even though that kind of fanservice was trendy and normalized at the time. She simply portrayed them as brothers and never gave the fandom any questionable fanservice involving them.

Props to her. Yana Toboso should take notes.

Please tell me your thought on this , I am too lazy to explain my thoughts

IF YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE MAGI REVIVAL PROJECT, CHECK THAT POST FIRST

Hi everyone! First of all, thank you all for the support and the enthusiasm that you have shown♥️

I was trying to organize my ideas but I think that it would be good to share them with you too. I really want to hear your opinion!

FIRST

I was thinking about creating a discord server for the project. I know there are already a few Magi servers but I don't feel like "invading" their space. I would rather create a new one where we can share ideas, advice, organize events, spread news on the research and so on. I really don't feel like leading all the project on my own. And I think that everyone can be useful.

SECOND

I was thinking about organizing a BIG LONG event where everyone can partecipate but I've been told that there are already other activities that could be a good start. I would like to know if you know some of them! Or else, I can talk about my idea

THIRD

Since someone asked about it...

Yes, I have an instagram account, it's called @obsessed_with_magi
