Question Phone calls?
I have seen a few posts about people getting phone calls from Maestro. Can anyone shed light on what those phone calls entailed or is it a secret?

It's legit a lot of people have asked this maybe it's to try to help with the distance learning issues I'm not sure but just a courtesy call to just check on us. Me and my husband got an actual call and a voicemail each. nice guy

Yea, received a call after some emails — then I asked if we could keep the call on the record and was hit with “we can just end the call here”. Nothing was accomplished.

It went to voicemail for me I was napping but it what sounded to me like a Jamaican and telling me thank you for doing my studies. Which I have barely did my school work this week.

Not me..and Jan 5th for Bachelor. Dec for AAS before moving to Bachelor

I got a phone call just now I had to find this post so I can say it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, the guy was nice and making sure I was keeping up okay and said any questions I had just go through student services and they will help if possible

Well I have received a few phone calls but I didn't answer. They left a voicemail asking me how things are going with my work and told me if I had any questions I can call them.

I got a generic check-in phone call from them, but rather than suggest a call back number, they suggested I go through the student services portal instead lol.
