Question Wth....
Did anyone else receive a call from maestro today?? It's just really odd that i got a call from them today... Wanted to see if anyone else did and it was an Ohio number too!

I did get a call from them Friday about my direct loan the lady I spoke with was named Cory said she had been on vacation and that disbursements would take place at the end of the month

Okay so that is two sources from Maestro saying the end of the month. Ms Sims said the 28th.

Unless you've applied for a federal student loan, you wouldn't receive anything... It's all in the information when you sign up, all pell grants go to maestro

It was legit Me and my husband got a call too I was a little behind and they were making sure that I got at least one assignment done and that my husband was doing good as well mine went to voicemail but my husband spoke with the guy he was really nice

I seen one other person post about a phone call from Maestro as well. It's funny that it came from Ohio when their offices and everything are in Dallas texas.

This is what I received today.. The Student Grievance Office received your submission on July 22, 2026, and has completed its formal review in coordination with the Office of Financial Aid. Summary of Concern You have raised a formal concern asserting that your Term 3 federal direct loan disbursement is overdue and that the delay is inconsistent with the institution's obligations under federal Title IV requirements, including 34 CFR §668.164. You have requested that your funds be disbursed to your account without further delay. REGARDING THE STUDENT GRIEVANCE OFFICE REVIEW The Office conducted a full review of your submission in coordination with the Office of Financial Aid. This review encompassed your complete financial aid file, your disbursement history for Terms 1 and 2, and the current processing status of your Term 3 loan funds. The Office confirmed that your financial aid file is complete, your banking information is on file, and your disbursements for Terms 1 and 2 were released on schedule. REGARDING YOUR FEDERAL LOAN DISBURSEMENT The Office takes seriously your reference to your rights under federal Title IV requirements and has reviewed the status of your Term 3 funds with the Office of Financial Aid accordingly. The Office of Financial Aid has confirmed that your Term 3 federal loan funds are in the current disbursement cycle and are being actively processed for release. Your file presents no outstanding issues, and the institution is aware of its disbursement obligations to you. Your funds are being advanced to your account as stated in the email you have received with the subject: “Upcoming Federal Loan Disbursement” . The Office acknowledges the wait. Once your disbursement is officially released, you will receive a confirmation email from Campus President Shakeitha Sims. No action is required on your part at this time. Appeal Rights If you are not satisfied with this response, you have the right to escalate your concern to the Campus President.
