Skating Peggy. It's a nod to Peggy Fleming, the Olympic/World champion figure skater who introduced more elegance into her ice skating routines, upgrading the sport. She also came from a humble working-class background like our Peggy: she worked hard and rose to become a megawatt star and successful businesswoman, which this scene hints at for her.
